Bad day...Chocolate helps melt it away!

Sometimes when I'm having a bad day all I want is a hug or... CHOCOLATE!

I tried this HCG chocolate delight recipe yesterday... and it was soooo tasty!

1 C. cocoa
1 C. Coconut Oil, melted
8 packages Stevia
Agave Nectar (Optional)
Flavored Stevia – Peppermint, English Toffee (Optional)

Fluff cocoa with a fork to break up any chunks. Add melted Coconut Oil.

Mix in Stevia adding MORE or less depending on taste.

Add a few sticks or drops of Agava Nectar to taste and drops of flavored stevia to taste.

What do you do when you are having a bad day and need a "pick me up"?

St. George get away!

Last week I went to St. George for a week! I am able to work where ever a computer is, so that was definitely convenient.  I stayed at my sisters house the whole time, her husband, Bryan, just got a new job in SLC, so I helped her not be lonely  :)
Plus, it was fun seeing the boys... even if they are a bit crazy sometimes.



On Sunday, a few friends and I, decided to go to Zion! As it was "Free Week". Here are a few pictures!

The Zion trip was really fun, and it was such great weather outside.

During the rest of the visit I mostly hung out with family and I saw some friends!

I got a Job!!

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I finally got a job after about 2 months of searching, geeze, the job market is just as bad in the SLC area.

So here is the story.
Last week I had a interview with the small airport in SLC, as I was waiting to talk to the manager a guy came up to me and gave me his card and said if this job doesn't work out to give him a call.  So 2 days later I emailed him seeing what job opportunity he had and sent him my resume. He gave me a run down of what the job entailed and I told him I was interested. Then he called me the next day and said he contacted the airport to see if they were going to hire me, he found out they hired someone who had previous airport experience, so we scheduled an interview, which I had today. After the interview, which went well, he said he would get back to me later on in the day.  He called me about 30 minutes later saying I got the job and that I can start training tomorrow!

I'm pretty excited to be employed again and since I'll be doing computer stuff (support emails, online help and support calls) I get to work at home. The only down fall is its a part time job and at night 5pm - 10pm, but it will probably work into full time later on. 

The company is called "Liquid HCG Diet", I'm sure Many of you have heard that this new craze.  Well Ill be an expert on it soon! They seem like they will be a great company to work for, they have around 7 employees right now, so they are growing!
That's my good news for the day!

I guess we no longer have to eat Ramen     ;)
