Sometimes I wonder if we are all taking enough time to stop "smell the roses"....
We should all be enjoying the life we have and make it the best we can..
but sometimes its hard to get what we want out of life, there are so many challenges in life to go through, sometimes I just have to stop and tell myself to remember to breathe and it will turn out okay. Getting frustrated over small things its not always worth keeping myself from being happy. At times, I find myself having so many mixed emotions and I don't know what to do with them.. to sit on them.. how to get rid of them..., if I'm ever feeling a bit sad,mad, unhappy or neglected, sometimes certain events then get me frustrated, even if the reason for being sad is just seems unreasonable, i just feel like screaming and hiding somewhere in the corner where i can't be seen. Crying a little sometimes seems to help.. I'm a female so yes that happens.. even though it hasn't for awhile. But its not like I am going to cry out my problems or frustrated emotions.
One other thing that helps when life I'm feeling down is a simple hug, when someone close randomly gives me a hug, it seems to brighten my day, even when thinking about issues with money, family, friends, hugs just seem to be a big band aid to help heal a wound
Reach out and share a hug with someone that looks like they need of one.. or if your just feeling extra "huggy" its a great way to show love or friendship to someone else.
If you've got someone that makes you feel loved and happy in life.. You've got it all, so just hold on to them.
When I can't sleep I have lots of random thoughts flying through my head, this time I decided to get them out and write them down.
My eyes feel like they are on fire even though i have a burning desire, they are not willing to let me sleep, not even a peep. Yes, sometime I like to rhyme, it can be a fun time.
Well, now that its past 4:30 in the morning I am going to attempt to go back to sleep
Just breathe and everything will be all right.
