Birthday Weekend in St. George

The a few days after my birthday we went down south and spent a few days in st. George and Cedar city.
The first day I had a little family party with my Mom, Mike, Angie, Kristine, Nate and kids! I haven't been bowling for a few, so that's what I decided I wanted to do. It was fun, even the kids had a great time pushing the balls down the alley.  Here are a few pictures!

After bowling we went back to my mom's house and everyone pinched in and cooked me a tasty dinner.


The next day I celebrated with my dad, sister and mom, we all went to Rachel's house, she cooked us dinner and make a coconut cake and we played some games! 

Saturday we headed down to Cedar City to spend some time with Kevin's family. I think if we stayed there for a week I would gain 10 pounds! Jim is such a great cook and he made us something tasty for every night!  It was nice spending time with them and playing phase 10, I even let Cherie win!!  ;)

We will be heading down south again this weekend, so we can do it all over again!

Funny of the day

Today while at my mothers house, Brayden was spending the day with us and he has had a bit of a runny nose, suddenly he sneezed and said "I'm sick, cause I ate some grass earlier today"


I don't know if its just me..but I could not stop laughing, my eyes were crying because I had been laughing so hard!  He really does say the funnies things sometimes!   :)

Yesterday was my birthday! First thing when I woke up and went into the office I found this..

Roses, chocolate, mints, chocolate and a Poem! Yes, he wrote me a cute poem!

He also got me this new, shiny LAP TOP...

My old lap top has been having problems for a while now, so its nice to have a newly working one!

I had to work for a few hours in the morning, after I was done, i did some yoga and we watched some of my favorite tv shows. Later in the evening Kevin and I went out to dinner at Buca Di Beppo. It was tasty Italian food.

After dinner we came back to the house and had some peanut butter/chocolate cheese cake that I made and played my favorite game Phase 10, as we watched some good tv shows!

We are going to celebrate more with my family tomorrow in St. George!

Down South

Last weekend Kevin and I went down south for a visit. We stay with my mom in St. George for two days and mostly hung out with family.  Though Saturday night I went to a fun concert with some friends, it was very fun, though it got a bit too hot and sweaty.

Then Sunday night we drove up to Cedar city and we were greeted with this marvelous sunset.

 So breathtaking, if I do say so myself.

We got home yesterday, just in time for me to work. It was a fun little trip

C is for Conner!

A close call... For us

 

This accident happened early Wednesday morning, in the apartment building RIGHT BEHIND ours. We are lucky our building didn't get damaged.

Right now there are guards posted out side the building 24/7. Probably so no one try's to sneak in and get some of their possessions back.

Nature

The other day I was going for my morning walk and found this on the side walk...

New and Shiny!

Last week I got a new phone, its the chocolate LG Touch, So far I love it!
I got a free upgrade, can't say no to a free phone  ;)

Last weekend Kevin and I drove down south to see family and friends, it was so nice seeing everyone!
We mostly hung out at my mom's house and Rachel's and we hung out with friends a few times.

I have been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks, we found one at the Toyota dealership in SLC, but  I wanted to see what was available in St. George.

We went to the Toyota dealership and within 10 minutes I saw the Pontiac G6 GT and immediately fell in love! I've liked them for a while and have drove a few of them before. So I ended up getting it and so far I love it!
